Mini 3D Heart in Mini Box Frame

This beautiful hand-crafted fused glass Heart Picture will look spectacular on your wall or table top and would make a unique gift. The contour to the fused glass surface makes it a very tactile piece that you’ll want to touch!

The Heart Picture is a handmade item, the one in the picture is the one that you will receive.

Creative Process

The piece has been made using a casting mould. Small pieces of coloured glass and have been arranged in the mould to make the design. The piece is then fired in the kiln until it completely melts and small hearts are formed. Each heart is unique! The firing process can take up to 14 hours to complete and every time the glass is fired it is cooled slowly and annealed for long enough to give it durability and strength. The fired glass design piece has then been carefully mounted onto the glass of a box frame and is ready to hang.

Size Details

The glass heart measures approx. 5cm x 5cm.

The  box frame measures approximately 12.5cm X 12.5cm square and 3.5cm deep. Every item in the shop is handmade by me and then carefully packed and sent by ‘signed for’ Royal Mail using only recycled, biodegradable or paper packaging.
