Christmas Wreath Hanging Decoration 

This beautiful hand-crafted fused glass Christmas Wreath Hanging Decoration has been handmade by me in my studio. The textured raised contour to the fused glass surface makes it a very tactile piece that you'll want to touch!

CREATIVE PROCESS

The design has been made using tiny pieces of coloured glass that have been arranged in a circle. The piece is then fused in the kiln to just the right temperature so that design remains a raised contour on the surface making a very tactile piece. Each time the glass is fired it is cooled slowly and annealed to give it durability and strength. 

A piece of red ribbon is attached for hanging. The glass piece is attached with glue dots to the card making it easy to remove.

SIZE DETAILS

The glass piece is a circle measuring approximately 8cm across and 1cm deep.

The box is 9cm x 9cm x 2cm and made of recycled cardboard.
