Large Rainbow Heart Ornament/Paperweight

DESCRIPTION

This beautiful hand-crafted fused glass rainbow heart has been handmade by me in my studio.

The Large Heart is a unique handmade item, the one in the photo is the ane that youd receive.

CREATIVE PROCESS

The design has been made with pieces of clear and coloured Art glass layered in a casting mould. The piece is then fused in my kiln to melt the glass and form a solid heart.

Each firing process can take up to 14 hours to complete and every time the glass is fired it is cooled slowly and annealed for long enough to give it durability and strength.

SIZE DETAILS:

The glass piece measures approximately 15 x 13 cm x 2.5cm deep

Every item in the shop is handmade by me and this item is carefully packed with tissue paper packing. The outer postage box will be packed with recycled, biodegradable or paper packing and sent by ‘signed for’ Royal Mail.
