Creative process

This stunning framed fused glass Buddha sculpture will look spectacular on your wall or would make a unique gift.

It has been handmade by me in my studio using a beautiful blue - green iridescent art glass. The piece is fired in my kiln over a ceramic mould to just the right temperature so that the glass only just starts to melt and becomes a smooth raised contour to the surface making a very tactile piece. Each time the glass is fired it is cooled slowly and annealed to give it durability and strength. The finished piece has then been framed and will look spectacular on your wall or would make a unique gift.

The white frame measures 25 x 25cm and can be hung on a wall or displayed on a table top.
