Cherry Blossom Tree Ornament/Paperweight

DESCRIPTION

This beautiful hand-crafted fused glass Cherry Blossom Tree has been handmade by me in my studio.

The Cherry Blossom Tree is a unique handmade item, the one in the photo is the one that youd receive.

CREATIVE PROCESS

The design has been made with pieces of clear and coloured Art glass layered in a casting mould. The piece is then fused in my kiln to melt the glass and form a solid piece.

Each firing process can take up to 14 hours to complete and every time the glass is fired it is cooled slowly and annealed for long enough to give it durability and strength.

SIZE DETAILS:

The glass piece measures approximately 12 cm wide x 11 cm tall x 2 cm deep

Every item in the shop is handmade by me and this item is carefully packed with tissue paper packing. The outer postage box will be packed with recycled, biodegradable or paper packing and sent by ‘signed for’ Royal Mail.
